Training & Placement Cell is an integral part of our system. It follows a Student Centric approach to convene the outlook of the corporate world. Training activities are well thought-out throughout the year in an effort to prepare students for campus selection.
The placement records of our students over the years have set standards in the history of the placement wing. Every year several new organizations visit our campus for hiring our candidates. Performance of our alumni in various sectors like product based, service based and core was appreciated by our recruiting partners.

Every Student of MLEW possesses an ambitious mind; they dream of becoming a successful individual in life with success shadowing their march along with career path. At this stage the Training and Placement Department of MLEW thinks about learner's transition from challenge to career programs that takes over as the priorities for individuals. At the end it always aims at helping the students inch closer to their professional dreams.
MLEW T&P comprehends the individual and unique requirements associated with every branch of engineering and management and devised separate models of learning for each program. Special Training programs are designed and executed based on the skill gap analysis. Students are groomed and trained based on individual capacity, with a strong focus on IT and technical skills evident in the high placement rate of our students.
MLEW believes that to thrive in the technology centred world today, it is important that the young minds marching towards their dreams possess robust knowledge in coding, programming, and technical know-how. Unless the student is given opportunity to hands on, it is difficult to bag a super dream job. That's why at MLEW a fully equipped laboratory caters the technology learning requirements. Therefore, every student of MLEW possesses the advantage of updated skills and in-depth knowledge that is expected by the industry.
A unique model designed exclusively for our students. Campus hiring is anticipated to majorly shift on "Virtual Hiring". Companies are increasingly turning towards virtual hiring solutions. This situation has thrown challenges to the students to effectively participate through online intelligent assessment tools. In view of the above changes, we have transformed our training methodology to Accelerated Digital Learning.
A special syllabus is planned keeping in view the industry requirements and constraints of regular syllabus. The focus of training is on Communication Skills, Aptitude, and Soft Skills, developing the Confidence of Students, improving their Body Language, inculcating Creativity and into making them responsible individuals.

In order to propel our mission statement, the department of training continuously conducts training for every branch in parallel to their academics treating it as a non-conventional entity. Broadly, there are three Objectives (or Modules) of Training Department. They are:
The training module involves two phases. Phase I is on Skill Development Training and Phase II is on Domain Specific Training. The details are as follows.
Phase I (Skill Development Training) - The first phase includes training on communication skills, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The Training activities include Speaking, Reading, Listening and writing skills under communication skills. Under Quantitative Aptitude, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, LCM and HCF, Simple and compound interest & Profit and loss are included. In Reasoning, majorly Number series, syllogism, seating arrangement are included.
The Feedback is taken for understanding the student's perception, interest, and their level of understanding of the training classes. The feedback is taken at two stages:
