About the Training & Placement Cell
The Training & Placement Cell is an integral part of MLEW, built around a student-centric approach that mirrors the outlook of the corporate world. Training activities are planned throughout the academic year to prepare every student for campus selection — and the placement record built over the years reflects that consistency. New organizations visit the campus each year to hire our candidates, and the performance of our alumni across product-based, service-based, and core sectors continues to be recognized by our recruiting partners.
- Skill-Building Training Preparing students for campus drives through Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Soft Skills, and Technical Training led by expert trainers and corporate officials.
- Career Guidance Organizing guest lectures with eminent personalities from industry, academia, and MLEW alumni to support informed career decisions.
- Campus Drives Coordinating recruitment drives for pre-final and final year students with companies from across India.
